Hi, I’m Nick, I head up the web agency Urban Haze, and I’ve been building websites for over 20 years, working with and for some of the biggest (and smallest!) companies in the World.
There are lots of places out there offering 10 tips for one topic here and 5 recommendations for another topic there, but this is the first that brings all the advice together, for free, under a single roof in order to have a single coherent and coordinated strategy to improve your website.

Whilst you can pick and choose the things that are most important to you, the information here works together and won’t conflict with each other.
It’s the same information we’ve been selling to our clients for the last decade – we’re just giving it away for free here!
